Refunds & Rescission/Cancellation Time Period · Legal Notice of Right to Cancel

(a) RESCISSION PERIOD

YOU CAN CANCEL/RESCIND YOUR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND MEMBERSHIP FEE WITHIN THE FIRST TWENTY (20) DAYS FROM DATE YOU PAID YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE AND RECEIVE A FULL 100% REFUND OF ALL FEES YOU PAID TO ISGMONEYCLUB - NO QUESTIONS ASKED ("THE "RESCISSION TIME PERIOD")!

(i)State and Federal Law require that in Consumer Contracts (which the Membership Agreement falls under) the Consumer (YOU) be provided a certain time-period in which to reconsider joining a Membership or multiple Memberships if this is the right move for you, and give you a chance to rescind/cancel a contract/agreement. "Rescission Period" is a legally mandated timeframe during which a consumer can cancel a recently signed contract without financial penalties. Also known as a "cooling-off period," it effectively treats the agreement as if it never existed and requires the return of any funds already paid and to cancel the contract (Membership Agreement), if requested by the new Member - the time period within which a person may choose to cancel, without penalty: their "RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RESCIND" their contract/Agreement during a certain time-period. This is a state and federal-level protection for you in the event that you change your mind for any reason whatsoever and want to cancel your Membership and get a refund. This time period is known as the "RECESSION PERIOD".
(ii)The RESCISSION PERIOD in this Membership Agreement is twenty (20) days and commences on the day you paid your Membership Fee for each Membership.
(iii)In the Membership Agreement you have a right to cancel/rescind your Membership Agreement within twenty (20) days of the date you paid a Membership Fee on, for any reason whatsoever.

(b) REFUNDS

In the event you cancel / terminate your Membership Agreement(s) within this twenty (20) day rescission period ISGmoneyclub will give you a full refund (100%) of your Membership Fee payment on the Membership or Memberships cancelled/terminated), without penalty.

You are requesting a refund and cancellation of your “Membership(s)”. Once you start the refund and cancellation process by completing the form above then clicking on the “Submit Membership Refund and Cancellation Request” button below, there is no turning back and reversing the process — the process to refund the Membership Fee(s) you paid will start, and your Membership(s) will automatically be cancelled and terminated. Refunds will only be processed as provided for in the Rules. No Refunds will be processed after the twenty (20) day Rescission and Cancellation period has expired. IMPORTANT: In the event you paid for multiple memberships, each Membership will have to be listed above, and those Memberships you did not list above and request a refund on will continue to be in-effect until their Membership Expriation date. Refunds will only be credited back to the Credit/Debit Card, PayPal Other Account used to pay for Memberships. Refunds will be made without penalty to you in the event your refund request was made within this twenty (20) period
